In case your aas.tech product need to be repaired or you may request other service with your aas.tech product please contact us in advance with your request.
RMA Process
Please contact us in advance with your request.
We do not accept shipments that are delivered to us without prior notice.
If you would like to send us goods, for example for repairs, please request an RMA number through
Please provide with your request
- Type designation
- Part number (10 digits with index/revision designator)
- Serial number as printed on the type label
- Failure description as detailed as possible
You will receive a Return Material Authorisation document with RMA number by E-Mail.
Please attach the RMA sheet to the equipment inside the shipment box.
Ensure that the material is safe and protective packed into an appropriate shipment box so that no damages to the packed equipment can occur during transport.
Shipment shall be arranged by customer at no expenses to be paid by aas.tech
If applicable ensure that the material arrives at aas.tech completely cleared by customs.
The material shall be accompanied by a delivery note and a failure description.
Please provide a point of contact (name, E-Mail, phone number).
After incoming inspection we will contact you with the details.
We also provide repair service for products which are out of DUK or AAS production, even if the device comes from productions lots 2000 or earlier. In many cases we can help. Please contact us in advance.
